I base my business code of ethics on common principles of ethics:

Readings are to serve the purpose of helping clients through self-help/coaching using tarot and tarot readings. I do not diagnose any medical/health ailments, provide financial advice, or help with safety matters. Please contact the appropriate professional for assistance with such matters. I do not guarantee any outcomes as situations can change and clients are responsible for their own actions and livelihood.

Respect for others. I treat all clients with the upmost respect and kindness as I would want to be treated.

Integrity and honesty. I will tell clients the truth on all matters in readings and business practices.

Competence and accountability. I will show up on time and provide readings in a timely manner. I also ask my clients to show up on time as well.

Teamwork. I aim to collaborate with clients to help them reach their end goal by providing self-help/coaching using the tarot.


PRIVACY

All readings and contact information are client confidential and will not be shared with anyone other than the client. Client video readings are saved on Mindfulness Tarot's private Google drive. Email addresses and phone numbers are collected with the purpose of client communication and updating clients of services and business news.

REFUNDS

All readings are final sale, no refunds will be issued.

Products can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. If an item is damaged upon receipt please contact us at: info@mindfulnesstarot.com 

SHIPPING

All products are shipped within the US direct from the vendor. Tracking will be provided via email.
Processing time: 3-7 business days 
Shipping time: 7-15 business days, based on shipping location

Mindfulness Tarot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Mindfulness Tarot is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible.
